Shiny Effects Glitter
It’s all in the name! These stunning Shiny Effects Pigments give you dazzling shine and colour for an extra glamorous touch. Use the loose powders solo, over an eyeshadow or in combination with either our 2-Way Gel or Seal It as an accent or eyeliner. With so many colours available there is no doubt you will find your new signature shade.
Pro Tip: These pigments can be used all over, mix them into lipgloss for a glittery effect, mix it into nailpolish to get a manicure that shines like a diamond, or dust over the body for a showstopping shine.
How to use
For a subtle effect, apply the powder with an eyeshadow brush. As an accent or eueliner, mix the Shiny Effects with Seal It or apply a layer of 2-Way Gel to the desired location and press the Shiny Effects onto the layer of gel just applied. By using the 2-Way Gel or Seal It, you fix the Shiny Effects, it becomes deeper in colour and 100% wipe proof.
